MicroLED microdisplays soft-standard (v2.0, 2025)
In this soft-standard document, the MicroLED Industry Association provide guidelines for microdisplay developers and device makers, identifying the different properties of microLED microdisplays and suggesting how to disclose display metrics and performance. This is the second version of this document.
Topics include resolution and pixel density, microdisplay size, refresh rate and response time, light output, color accuracy and color gamut, display lifetime, temperature range, luminous efficiency and light collimation, in addition to system performance and considerations.
