UCSB & MIA webinar
We had the honor of having Prof. DenBaars and Prof. Nakamura from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) both give a lecture – to discuss the latest research in areas such as red GaN LEDs, transfer processes, tunnel junction LEDs and more. Two association members, PlayNitride and ALLOS Semiconductors gave lectures as well, and we had interesting Q&A sessions.
